  WHAT HAPPENED?

  Firmino helped fire Al-Ahli to Asian Champions League success, but doubts had been raised about his future at the club earlier this year when they opted against registering him for the second half of the Saudi Pro League season.

  Firmino has a year left on his contract, but club president Khaled Al-Ghamdi has told Saudi media that they have an agreement has been reached with the 33-year-old that will allow him to leave after two years in the Middle East.
